Teachers at Eastmont use the Effective Teacher Training model to implement the curriculum. In addition to implementation of the district's basic curriculum as outlined in the district's courses of study, Eastmont School also implements innovative curricula to support its theme-based program by offering the following classes, special study units, clubs, special programs, etc., that emphasize the school's theme:

  • Outdoor science classrooms
  • Science resource curricula and room
  • Natural habitat on school grounds
  • Weather station in school courtyard
