Welcome!
Our mission at Rosa Parks is to provide a positive child-centered learning environment where
every child can succeed. Students will become lifelong learners through an emphasis on the mastery
of basic skills and a challenge to achieve academic excellence in the areas of reading,
mathematics, oral and written communication, science and social studies. Fine arts, physical
education and computer technology support and enhance academic and creative expression. In addition
Rosa Parks implements innovative curricula through the use of research-based models to promote
instruction that meets the needs of each student.
