School to host demos, check presentation by community partners

INFO: During this special assembly, Fairview first- through fourth-grade students will work with Kohl’s employees at designated recipe stations, creating fun and healthy after-school snacks such as trail mix and smoothies. This event is part of Children’s Medical Center’s “My Healthy Lunchbox” program,” designed to teacher kids the importance of eating healthy.
Kohl’s will present a check toward this program and other outreach efforts to CMC during this event, as part of the department store’s “A Minute for Kids” program. Kohl’s and Children’s Medical Center are proud community partners with Fairview PreK-8.
