July 15 board meeting will be held at Kiser PK-8 School
The July 15 meeting of the Dayton Board of Education will take place at 6 p.m. at Kiser PK-8 School, 1401 Leo St. The change of location is part of the board’s community outreach efforts, which include quarterly meetings at school sites throughout the district.
When the board established its 2008 meeting schedule in January, four dates were set aside for board meetings to be moved to a neighborhood school, rather than be held at the Jackson Auditorium on Abbey Avenue. The January and April business meetings were held at Cleveland PK-8 School and Thurgood Marshall High School, respectively.
Business meetings in July and October will be held as follows:
• July 15 – Kiser PK-8, 1401 Leo St.
• October 21 – Wogaman PK-8, 920 McArthur Ave.
All other informational and business meetings are scheduled to be held at the Jackson Auditorium, 329 Abbey Ave.
