Summer Learning Program 2017

     Dayton Public Schools are excited to offer the Summer Learning Program for students beginning June 12 and ending July 28, 2017. The Summer Swing Camp is designed to help your student(s) avoid a summer slide. There are two session planned. The first part of each day will focus on reading and math while the second part will focus on enrichment opportunities that offer a variety of activities. Explore what the program has to offer:

For Students K-8:

Session 1: June 12-July 7 (No camp July 4th)

Session 2: July 10-July 28

Academic Time(Must Attend): 8:30-11:30 AM

Lunch: 11:40 -12:15

Enrichment Time (Optional for attendees): 12:30-3:30 PM

Field Trips may be offered on selected Friday

The Enrichment Time and Field Trips are only available to those students who are attending the Academic Summer Swing Program.

Cost: $25 each Session (4 Weeks), Money Orders due by May 12, 2017

If students have 95% attendance during their session, the cost will be refunded

Students May Attend One or Both Sessions

For Students Grades 9-12

Needing Credit Recovery:

Cost: $25 per Course, Money Orders due at time of registration

After Successful Completion of First Course, Second Course will be Free

Registration Begins March 20, 2017 with the High School Guidance Counselors
