PSC Evaluation Tools

Measurements of Success

PSC evaluation tools are designed to assist teams implementing school-wide PSC to monitor progress, solicit feedback from teachers and other staff, adjust to local needs and challenges, and identify accomplishments. In addition, PSC evaluation tools are intended to help schools implementing school-wide behavior support programs answer two important questions about their PSC programming initiatives. Are the programs (a) being implemented with fidelity and (b) providing benefits to students.

Listed below are lists of evaluation tools used at DPS to assess PSC implementation process and outcomes for students.
