Notifying the district and your supervisor of your resignation or retirement well in advance of your departure in order to provide the best service to our students, families, and schools. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth transition for you, students, and other staff members


Deciding to retire can be a big decision that requires a lot of steps. We are here to help! The information below can be used to help guide your way through the process of retiring from the District, as well as provide information in regards to your specific retirement system.

    Submit a formal
    Resignation or Retirement Notice.

    Ensure all required fields are completed and resignation/retirement letter is uploaded.

    Complete the Exit Survey, if you have not already done so in the Resignation or Retirement notice.

    Survey information is confidential and helps the district gather valuable information about how we can best support our employees.

    Ensure your address is updated in Employee Online.

    If you plan on moving, update your address to ensure tax documents and benefits information reaches the appropriate address.
