The Dayton Public School District held its annual fall career fair at the end of October. This year, the event was held at Welcome Stadium in a drive-thru format, rather than an indoor gathering. The change allowed the district to abide by all CDC COVID-19 guidelines while still meeting and interviewing candidates. 

Nearly 60 candidates interviewed for positions with nutrition services, grounds, transportation and other departments.

Each department had a designated lane where candidates were given more information about the position. Department heads stood beside vehicles for all interviews in order to remain a safe distance from the candidate. Masks were required of all participants.
