Parents of students who will be seventh- through 12th graders at a DPS high school next year are invited to attend an information session on how these students can earn credits that will apply to both high school and college requirements.

The College Credit Plus program will allow students in grades seven through 12 (during the 2015-16 school year) to enroll in a public or private university, college, or accredited technical school and take course(s) that can be used for high school and/or college credit. The student must be enrolled in both high school and college in order to earn transcripted college and high school credit upon successful completion of the course. If you can’t attend an information session, schedule an appointment with your high school counselor.

All interested students and their parents must attend a required counseling session or information session to participate in the College Credit Plus program for the 2015-2016 school year; deadline is April 1, 2015. Contact your student’s high school for more information.
