The Student Enrollment Center is located at 115 S. Ludlow St. Free parking is available in the lot behind the building.

Open enrollment in the Dayton Public Schools starts April 1 for the 2019-2020 school year, and beginning this year, enrollment is by appointment only. 

This will ensure families have more individualized attention and will not need to wait in line at the Student Enrollment Center.

“In an effort to improve customer service, which is one of the district’s strategic goals, appointments to enroll your child will be required,” said Superintendent Elizabeth Lolli. “Please follow the directions provided to make your appointment and avoid standing in long lines. Thank you for helping us achieve our goal of excellent customer service.”

First-time students and those transferring from other districts must enroll. The 2019-2020 school year begins on Monday, August 12.  

Appointments can be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Those without an appointment will not be permitted to enroll during peak enrollment times.
