In an effort to enhance services and boost security around student record request, starting May 1, 2018, all inquiries including: graduation verification, transcript, shot records, and cumulative folder, must be requested online using our new online student record request system.

Duplicate Diploma Requests
Students who have graduated from Dayton Public Schools may request a duplicate diploma and/or diploma cover. The cost ranges from $29-$47. From the time the Student Enrollment Center receives your request, it will take 6-8 weeks to receive your diploma. Please follow the instructions on the Duplicate Diploma Request form to begin the process for ordering a duplicate diploma.
