#DPSVotes Challenge

The district is encouraging students and families to vote in the upcoming November 3rd election through the #DPSVotes Challenge. All eligible students and other eligible voters in their households are encouraged to register to vote and challenge others to do the same. Complete challenge details are below:

#DPSVotes Challenge

1. Register to vote online at https://www.vote.org/register-to-vote/ or return (by Oct. 5th at 9pm)

2. Make sure all eligible voters in your home are registered to vote

3. Post a Facebook video about why voting is important to you and use the hashtag #DPSVotes

a. Share the graphic and tag 5 other students to take the challenge

4. Request an absentee ballot online at https://www.montgomery.boe.ohio.gov/absentee-voting/ or plan to vote in person during October 6, 2020 to Monday, November 2, 2020

5. Read the Greater Dayton League of Women’s Voter’s guide (to be provided by DPS)

6. Mail your absentee ballot to the Montgomery County Board of Elections or vote in person

a. You may vote early in person at the Montgomery County Board of Elections from October 6, 2020 to Monday, November 2, 2020
