Summer Journey 2018


Dayton Public Schools are excited to partner with Catapult Learning for the 2018 Summer Journey Learning Program for students beginning June 4 and ending June 29, 2018. The Summer Swing Camp is designed to help your student(s) avoid a summer slide. Research shows that students who participate in summer learning stay sharp, hit the ground running in the fall, and are far more likely to achieve academically in the coming school year.

This summer, your child can keep pace and have fun during our four-week Dayton Summer Journey Program! Summer Journey is a comprehensive, high-quality summer program. Your child’s classroom time will consist of engaging small-group learning in reading, writing, mathematics and enrichment opportunities in a variety of areas such as STEM, Art, Dance, Yoga and Music. The first part of each day will focus on reading and math while the second part will focus on enrichment opportunities that offer a variety of activities. Explore what the program has to offer:
