     In accordance with Section 3313.16 of the Ohio Revised Code and File: BD of the Handbook of Policies, Rules & Regulations of the Board, the Business Meeting previously scheduled for Tuesday, November 15 will now be held on Thursday, November 17. The time and location remain the same: 5:00 p.m. in the Board Room at 115 S. Ludlow St., Dayton, OH 45402.
