Welcome to David H. Ponitz Career Technology Center, the Home of the Golden Panthers…Where we Walk in Excellence with Pride!

As a 1989 Graduate and a former Teacher of Patterson Co-op, I believe the opportunity to be involved early on in your career choice during high school can foster a sense of efficacy towards your goals in life.

At David H. Ponitz, our vision is to be an economic engine for the region by producing students who are college and career-ready with the academic and technical skills needed to add value to the workplace. To achieve this vision, our staff has created an engaging and innovative learning environment where students are capable of pursuing one of our fourteen Career and Technical Pathways. We continuously work to instill not only academic excellence but also the skills valued in the workplace. Students have the unique opportunity to earn a high school diploma and the potential of earning an Associate Degree, and/or various certifications needed in today’s workforce.
