For any individual who has reported that he/she has been threatened, intimidated, or harassed more than once by one or more individuals, an investigation will be completed. This investigation may include, but is not limited to, meeting with building administration, student, and parent/guardian of the victim and transgressor. If a student is found guilty of bullying, he/she may be subjected to disciplinary consequences which may include possible suspension, expulsion, and legal action. Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against anyone found to provide false or misleading statements concerning acts of bullying.
