Join Dayton Public Schools and Five Rivers Health Centers for the grand opening of the school-based health center at Roosevelt Elementary. 

 

The 5,300-square-foot health center is equipped with three medical exam rooms, four dental chairs, two vision exam lanes and a room for a Behavioral Health Consultant. 

 

Tours of the facility will follow the press conference and ribbon-cutting ceremony.

 

If you will be in attendance, please park in the parking lot across from Roosevelt High School off Clemmer Street. Overflow parking is off Grosvenor Ave. across from Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
