This week we are spotlighting Kaitlyn Dunigan, preschool teacher at Louise Troy Elementary!
Ms. Dunigan has been with the district for 7 years. The best part about her job is building relationships with students and creating a safe, positive learning environment.
This year, she has been in a support position at Louise Troy and has taken on new roles, including IAT Chairperson and Building Testing Coordinator. She said these roles have given her the opportunity to build relationships with even more families than usual.
As the district approaches the end of the school year, her goal is to continue to create the “Tiger School Family” and strengthen the bond between staff and the students and families they serve.
Her nominator said she is always reliable and has been a true hidden hero for the school over the last year.
“From delivering breakfast to students in the mornings to connecting the community and families to our building, Kaitlyn had been a huge help,” her nominator said. “She adheres to task without hesitation and completes the task effectively. Kaitlyn is always going above and beyond for our students.”
Thank you for going the extra mile to help students and families!
