Preschool students attending any DPS school will have a staggered start date for the 23-24 school year. Half of students will attend on August 16th, and the other half will attend on August 17th.

August 21st will be the first day all students will be together.

This staggered start allows students to get acquainted with their classroom and teacher in a small group setting, which makes the first day a more positive and less overwhelming experience.
