Stivers School for the Arts Film and Animation Studio presents “The Showcase,” a compilation of student-created short films, at 7:30 p.m. on May 20 at The Neon in downtown Dayton.

Works include live action and animation pieces, and range from comedy to documentary. Some films have won regional and state awards.  Following the show, there will be a Q&A with student filmmakers.

Tickets are $5 presale (Neon box office or Stivers) and $7 at the door, with all proceeds going toward updating equipment in the Stivers Film and Animation studio.
