Dayton Public Schools has embarked on a renovation project for Welcome Stadium that will transform the facility into a state-of-the-art sports complex. In an effort to help fundraise the remaining cost of the facility, the district will be live-streaming a Game of the Week throughout the 2023 Football season and will offer sponsorship opportunities for local businesses. 

The Game of the Week streams will be featured on the district’s YouTube channel and links will be shared across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn). The district’s Facebook alone has more than 17,000 followers and Instagram has more than 7,000. Once the live-stream has ended, the Game of the Week videos will remain permanently on the district’s YouTube channel. In addition, fans attending games in person in the 10,113-seat stadium will also hear sponsorship names and see their logos on the video board throughout the game.

Sponsorship opportunities vary in price and frequency to ensure there is an option to suit your needs. Sponsor logos and names will be shared frequently depending on the package you select. Sponsorship opportunities include:

Game of the Week Sponsor (per season; 1 available) – $10,000
Score Bug – $3,000 (per season; 1 available)
Commercial Breaks – (submitted 30-second commercial; Runs 1-2 times per game) – $750 (per game; 10 available)
First Down Sponsor – $1,000 (per game; 10 available)
Touchdown Sponsor – $750 (per game; 10 available)
Replay Sponsor – $7,500 (per season; 1 available)

Rotating Sponsor Cam (1 cam will be used per game, 10 available total)

• Smile Cam – $500 
• Dance Cam – $500 
• Rep Your School Cam – $500 

The district needs your help to ensure the successful completion of the project. Once finished, the stadium will have a new field, track, concessions area, locker rooms, press box, ADA-accessible seating, and more. The funds you help raise will go directly toward building a fieldhouse and an additional field. With your help, students will have the stadium they deserve as well as a place to create memories that will last a lifetime.
