DPS students put their scientific findings on display for judging

Dayton Public Schools students
WHAT: The annual Science/Technology and Invention Fair showcases DPS students’ scientific hypotheses and results. Nearly 350 students submitted entries this year. Their science projects will be judged by grade level beginning at 9 a.m. The distribution of ribbons for winning entries will begin at approximately 12:15 p.m.

INFO: Every project must follow a scientific method within strict guidelines. Categories include biochemistry, botany, computer science, earth and space sciences, among others. Students must be prepared to present their projects to the judges and discuss their findings. Entries that earn an “excellent” rating will qualify to compete regionally.
